Libby loves dark chocolate, making super outrageous smoothie bowls, and adding an absurd amount of vegetables and condiments to any dish. She's a nature lover and passionate about all things sustainability related. She’s our Kitchen to Plate legend who handles all catering enquiries and does all the back end behind bookings and drop-offs. Libby is in the office Tuesday - Friday and will respond to all enquiries on those days. For any last minute enquiries, please contact Ilana.

Ilana loves porridge, warrigal greens, sautéed brussel sprouts, papardelle, sardines, baklava, lesser known ingredients (the weirder the better) and she can't stand food waste. She’s our multi-tasking general manager - get in touch for all collaborations, media enquiries and community initiatives.

Dan the Man
Dan loves fresh pasta, pork belly, hickory smoked brisket, Kansas City pulled pork shoulder, smashed avocado and tomato on toast, peanut butter, home cured and smoked bacon. He’s our founder and self-confessed barbecue addict. If you want to reach him, you'll find him near our 420kg smoker.
Tim loves beans, bananas and bacon. He’s the head of our kitchen and has a knack for turning coolroom leftover into dishes that rock our radishes. He's also great at making us lunch and take home packs for dinner.
Nick loves hard work and efficiency. He's our IT guru and operations ninja.
Vicki loves agave ginger cider and the beach, and preferably both at the same time. She's our food photographer and stylist and can be blamed for the success of our grazing tables. She's at the two dollar shop or kmart on a daily basis if you need anything.
