Dan has trained with the best of the best in texan-style American barbecue to bring you our tried, tested and perfected 15 hour smoked brisket, ribs, salmon, pork belly, lamb ribs and many more. We even smoke our own aioli. We can tailor a smoked barbecue package to suit, or come on down to The Field Bar at the Eastern Suburbs Rugby Club in Bellevue Hill on the first Friday of the month and sample our smoked meats and accompaniments for yourself.
